Tilt Table TTPD2

Gardhen Bilance - Tilt Table

ACCURACY AND SAFETY
IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF SYNCOPE

The tilt table test is an essential diagnostic procedure in cardiology departments and syncope units for identifying the causes of syncope, sudden fatigue or other haemodynamic changes that can be linked to disorders of the autonomic nervous system. Syncope most commonly occurs when the autonomic nervous system overreacts to stimuli such as stress, pain or fear. This causes blood vessels to dilate and the heart rate to decrease, resulting in a drop in blood pressure and reduced blood flow to the brain.

The TTPD2 is a medical device designed to tilt the surface on which the patient is positioned. Thanks to its motorisation, the device can gradually change the angle of the surface, simulating the transition from horizontal to vertical.

This controlled movement is used during the tilt table test, which monitors the patient's cardiovascular response to changes in posture.

Features:

  • Motorised table: movement is safe thanks to a powerful, low-voltage motor controlled by foot pedals, which adjust the dynamic surface variation. Two nitrogen pistons ensure smooth and precise rotation of the surface without any sudden acceleration.
  • Safety: The device is equipped with quick-release safety belts, an electromechanical release system and a rapid return to the supine position in case of emergency, ensuring patient safety throughout the test.

The TTPD2 device is useful not only for syncope testing, but also in areas such as physiotherapy, rehabilitation and ultrasound examinations thanks to its ability to easily adjust the height and inclination of the table.

Available models:

TTPD2: fixed height model.

TTPD2 A/V: variable height model (from 528 to 928 mm), particularly suitable for environments such as physical therapy and ultrasound scanning.

The TTPD2 device from Gardhen Bilance is a reliable and safe choice for diagnosing syncope disorders and for use in other clinical applications. It ensures precision, safety and patient comfort. Thanks to its advanced design and customisable height and angle, the TTPD2 is also versatile enough to be used for other clinical treatments.
